All our bespoke systems have a 90 day window after sign off where we fix bugs free of charge. Outside this window we offer support packages to fix bugs, make improvements to your systems and carry out proactive maintenance. Our choice of packages are tailored to your individual requirements and budget.
Our Service Level Agreements give you the peace of mind that your business critical systems will have minimum downtime. For a fixed monthly fee our technicians will spend time on your project each month. We have a dedicated help desk to respond to your calls and we guarantee response times so your systems always run smoothly.
Not every client chooses to sign up to an SLA. Ad hoc support can be purchased in pre-paid 10-hour ‘bundles’ and time will be deducted from your account when we have worked on your project. We provide detailed worklogs to show how time has been used.
